Evidentiary scope
The form gives the place name, the date and the collector. It names no habitat, use or note on cultivation. The accession is classified Other and no conservation priority is assigned.
Label reading
Read twice, independently, from the Chinese Virtual Herbarium's image of each sheet (TIE 00004142, 1,000 × 1,659 pixels; TIE 00052959, 1,000 × 1,500 pixels).

The two readings agree on the number, the date, the place name and the collector's name on the form. They differ on the bracketed abbreviation after the name, read as (Urt.) and as (H.k.), and on the pencilled number above the form, read as 1452 and as 145a; one allows Chuan for Chan and T. for the first initial, each with doubt.
Georeferencing
No point is given. Si Chan was not found as a place name: it was searched as Si Chan and Si-chan with Licent's name on the web and in the English and French Wikipedia articles on him and on his museum, and as 西山 near Tianjin in OpenStreetMap, and no source read defines it. Read by sound as 西山 (Western Hills), it fits many hills of that name across China, Beijing's Western Hills among them (Chinese Wikipedia), and the form names no province. The later label's 山西 (Shanxi) is not taken as the place: it was written later than the form, whose collector it also changes. The province field is left empty.
Editorial treatment
Two sheets, one accession. The sheets share the number and the date, and both carry slender male stems. The repository and catalogue number are TIE 00004142's, the sheet with the original form.
Collector. The collector field keeps the form's J. B. Wang, and the title takes the surname. The later label on TIE 00052959 names Licent instead, and the catalogue follows each sheet's label. The page follows the earlier form: the later label repeats its number and date, and its collector cannot be checked against anything else on the sheets. No source on J. B. Wang was found, and the name is not linked.
Number. The number 10415 is the one written on the printed Herbier form, whose series also numbers gatherings by other collectors (Licent 231 (1914)); whether it is the collector's own number is not stated.
Image. The Chinese Virtual Herbarium publishes its images under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, so the page cites each sheet's image and shows none.
Source discrepancies
- The later label on TIE 00052959 gives the collector as Licent and the place as 山西 (Shanxi); the form on TIE 00004142 gives J.B.Wang and Si Chan. The catalogue lists TIE 00052959 under Licent, in Shanxi.
