The label records the plant as cultivated and gives a local name, Kan cha. It records no use. It is a single gathering. Georeferencing

The label names the Si Than forest in Loei and gives no altitude. The name was not found in OpenStreetMap by Nominatim or by an Overpass search of Loei Province. A forest has no single point to stand for. No coordinate is asserted.
