Evidentiary scope
The locality places the plant inside an irrigation scheme at Igli on 29 October 1960. A périmètre d'irrigation is a defined watered area, so the wording puts the plant on managed ground without saying it was sown there. That is weaker than the explicit cultivé of the 1850 and 1858 sheets and stronger than a bare place name. The accession is classified Other. No conservation priority is assigned.
Inclusion
This sheet is dated after 1950, which the corpus survey used as its cut for the Algerian target of eight. It is included anyway, on the precedent of the deployed Nepalese accessions, which run to 1954, 1956, 1973 and 2003. The cut marks where a batch was expected to stop, not a rule about what counts as historical.
The label has not been read

Igli lies on the Oued Saoura. It sits in Béni Abbès Province today and older sources will place it in Béchar Province, from which Béni Abbès was separated. The province field carries the present-day value, as the geographic fields do throughout the corpus.
Sahara oranais, the parenthesis on the label, was the French administrative name for the Saharan territory governed from Oran. It is given in the article as the label's own wording and is not stored in a location field, because it names a colonial administrative unit that no longer exists.
The locality names a scheme and not a point. No altitude is carried, so no coordinate or elevation is asserted.
Editorial treatment
The collector is given as Simonneau, P. and is not in the International Plant Names Index, so no dates are available and no lifespan test could be run. An Echiochilon simonneaui stands in the index, which is consistent with a botanist active in Saharan Algeria, but a species epithet is not a biography and the article does not use it.
