Evidentiary scope
The printed label of the Schlagintweit herbarium gives the region Western Himálaya, the province Kashmír and the locality Drained lake basin of Kashmír; environs of Srinágger, within a circle of 8 miles radius, and dates the collection 10 August to 30 September 1856. The height is blank, and the catalogue records no locality. The label gives a regional locality and a collection interval, but no habitat, cultivation status, local name or use, so nothing shows whether the plant was cultivated, grew wild or had escaped. The accession is classified Unknown. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
The label places the gathering within eight miles of Srinagar, in what it calls the drained lake basin of Kashmir. Srinagar is in the Indian-administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir; sovereignty over the wider Kashmir region is disputed. The country and province fields follow the present-day administration, as the GBIF country code does.
A circle of eight miles around Srinagar may take in parts of neighbouring districts, so no district is given. The label describes an area, not a point. It leaves the height blank. No elevation is asserted. The coordinate is the one the National Herbarium of Victoria publishes for MEL 2413180A, 34.083333, 74.8 with an uncertainty of 25 km (GBIF occurrence 2438891064). That sheet repeats this label's locality word for word, but it is a different gathering, number 4539, of 2 to 20 October 1856 (Schlagintweit 4539 (1856)); the point is the herbarium's GeoNames look-up of Srinagar, within about 2 km of the city's OpenStreetMap node, and serves both gatherings because they share the locality. An earlier version of this note called MEL 2413180A a duplicate of this gathering. Rounded to the two decimals this wiki uses, the point is 34.08, 74.80. The label's own circle of 8 miles, about 12.9 km, is the tighter statement of how far it locates the sheet.

Editorial treatment
GBIF and the RBGE catalogue give John Ball as collector. The Ball slip records the herbarium the sheet came from and its presentation in 1891, while the printed label is that of the Schlagintweit herbarium. The collector field follows Schlagintweit 4927 (1856) in giving the surname only, because the sheet does not say which member of the family made the gathering.
The date is stored at year precision because the label's interval runs across August and September. GBIF's 10 August 1856 is the first day of that interval.
The number 4366 is the herbarium's general catalogue number (Gen. No. of Catalogue); a pencilled 2 stands before the printed words. A Melbourne sheet, MEL 2413180A, carries the same locality text with the interval 2–20 October 1856 in GBIF. It is a different interval and is not treated as part of this gathering.
