Evidentiary scope
The label places cannabis growing in large numbers in a littered gully near a frontier post in Erdenetsagaan sum in July 1985. It gives no use and no note on cultivation. The determination as Cannabis ruderalis is the botanist's judgement from the specimen and is reported as such. A single gathering does not establish a landrace or a continuing population. The accession is classified Other and no conservation priority is assigned.
Label reading
Read twice, independently, from the holder's image (3637 × 5151 pixels). The second sheet is MW0175109 (3643 × 5151 pixels). The page states only what the readings agree.

Georeferencing
The label names Erdenetsagaan sum and a frontier post whose name was not read in full. The post was searched in OpenStreetMap within a box over the sum under Холт, Хушуу and Хүнүү, without result. The point 46.03, 115.43 is the middle of the sum's administrative area in OpenStreetMap (relation 7304588, about 16,600 km²), and falls inside it. It is an area point for the sum, not the place the plant was gathered; the frontier posts lie on the sum's southern border with China. Basis: district point. Uncertainty: about 73 km.
Editorial treatment
Two sheets, one accession. MW0175109's label calls itself a continuation of site 9573 and carries the same date and collector. MW0175117, with the full label, is the infobox image; both are shown under Sheets.
Collector. As for Gubanov 3857 (1980).
Source discrepancies
- The database files the sheet as Cannabis sativa L.; the label's determination is Cannabis ruderalis Janisch.
- The database gives no collector number or locality; the labels give № 9573 and Erdenetsagaan sum.
- The herbarium's database publishes the point 46.833333, 117.666667 for both sheets. It lies in Khalkhgol sum of Dornod Province, outside Sükhbaatar Province, which the label names, so it does not fit the label and is not used.
