Evidentiary scope

The article rests on five kinds of source, each attributed in the sentence that carries it:

Delicorganic's own posts on ICMag, October 2015 to July 2026, in English and Greek. ICMag refuses scripted and archive-less access, so these were read in a browser on 18 September 2026 and saved as text; several of the threads have no Wayback capture at all.
Phylos Bioscience: the Delicorganic organisation page, the two variety pages and the two genotype reports, with archived copies of the Kalamata Red page from 26 August 2019 and 17 January 2021.
The listings and blogs of The Real Seed Company (RSC) and Kwik Seeds.
The Landrace Team's product pages and history page, with the text SeedFinder reproduces from it.
One Greek shop listing (Tsiou Seeds).

Only the Phylos genotype reports are data produced by a party other than a seller or the holder. The wiki's citation rule bars breeder catalogues and forums as evidence for ethnobotanical or historical claims; here they are cited as evidence of what the holder and the sellers say about the holder and its lines. Every such statement is attributed. The article does not state in its own voice where or when any seed was collected.

Posts by other forum members are not cited in the article. What they add is recorded below under Source discrepancies. No independent coverage of the holder was found: no Wikipedia article and no peer-reviewed paper names Delicorganic. Éloise 23:10, 18 September 2026 (+07)

Editorial treatment

Title. Delicorganic, the form used by Phylos, RSC, Kwik Seeds and the holder's ICMag account. It is also the value already stored as the seed storage location on the three DEL- accessions. Variants seen: Delice Organic (Kwik Seeds blog, 7 April 2023), greco seeds/Delicorganic (the Phylos Kalamata Red page as archived on 17 January 2021) and the forum misspellings Deliorganic and Deliciorganic. No redirect is proposed.
Pronouns. The article uses none. Forum members refer to the holder as "he"; the holder's own posts do not say.
Base. The infobox leaves it empty because the holder's two self-descriptions differ; see Source discrepancies.
Website. Phylos gives an Instagram address as the holder's website. It is not linked: Instagram shows nothing without a login and the address has no Wayback capture, so its content could not be read. The email address on the Phylos page is not reproduced.
Heirloom or landrace. The article reports that Delicorganic classes the seed stocks as heirlooms. The three DEL- accessions currently carry the classification Landrace, from RSC's listings. Whether they should change is an open call; see below.
The Landrace Team. The article reports that The Landrace Team sells two lines with the sourcing line "Delicorganic" and calls Delicorganic a member. It also reports that Delicorganic has written that the company does not have Kalamata Red. The words Delicorganic used about that company in April 2022 and December 2025 are not repeated. The wiki does not decide between sellers.
Robert Clarke. Linked as Robert Connell Clarke. Phylos names "Robert C. Clarke"; Delicorganic's post of 8 November 2018 names "robert clarke" and calls him the author of "cannabis ethnobotany". The link rests on those two statements.
Place links. Linked: Greece, Crete, Rethymno, Kalamata, Messenia, the Peloponnese, Syros, Ikaria, Trikala, Larissa and Serres. Left unlinked: Pyrgos and Tripoli (each needs a disambiguated title), Pertouli, Melivoia, Alagonia, Mylopotamos and "Olympos mountain" (quoted as written; the post does not say which Olympos).
Greek quotations. The references carry the Greek text of each post with the wiki's own English translation in the translated-quote field. The article's prose paraphrases them and puts nothing translated inside quotation marks. Éloise 23:10, 18 September 2026 (+07)

Each divergence is quoted as the source gives it. The article uses all of them, attributed; it does not choose between them.

Kalamata Red, collection year

RSC listing: "Sourcing: Delicorganic, near Messinia, Kalamata, Greece (2004)".
Delicorganic, ICMag, 8 July 2020: "A.Three different/similar seedstocks of Kalamata red (alagonian bud) One of them had at least 37 years of local cultivation. Two of the three seedstocks are almost genetically identical. 1999/2001/2005".
RSC listing and Phylos oral history: "collected from a farming family in Kalamata region 15 years ago". The sentence is in every archived RSC version from October 2020; on Phylos it is absent on 26 August 2019 and present on 17 January 2021. The Phylos genotype test is dated 22 October 2018.

Kalamata Red, where the seed came from, in Delicorganic's own posts

18 October 2015: "these seeds came from kalamata peloponnisos(greeece)".
20 October 2015, in Greek: "απο χέρια μερακλή-παλιού καλλιεργητή" (from the hands of an enthusiast old grower), "περιοχή προέλευσης νότια πελοπόννησος" (area of origin southern Peloponnese).
22 October 2015: "these seeds probably came from pelloponisos(south greece)".
26 September 2016, in Greek: "αναρωτιέμαι και εγώ μετά απο χρόνια ψαξίματος ντόπιων σπόρων αν υπάρχουν τα καλαματιανά και τα κρητικά" (after years of searching for local seed, I too wonder whether the Kalamata and Cretan ones exist).
24 January 2017: "very close to the mythic kalamata red that i had the luck to smoke a few times before 2002".
The 2017 thread was titled "Greek red landrace" in the Wayback capture of 6 April 2018 and is titled "Greek kalamata red" now.

Kalamata Red, the village and how long it grew the line

RSC: "a farming family in Kalamata region", "cultivated in their village for more than 30 years", "the village is now abandoned".
The Landrace Team: "an isolated village, named Alagonia at Messinia, at 800 meters above sea level", "for up to 25 years", "this village is almost abandoned". Its own product page tells the same story without naming the village.
Delicorganic, 8 July 2020: "(alagonian bud)", "at least 37 years of local cultivation" (one of three seed stocks).

Cretan, collection date

RSC: "collected in the early 90’s from the mountainous region of Rethimno".
Phylos oral history (first person plural): "unique cultivar from the 90’s".
Delicorganic, 8 July 2020: "Cretan-mylopotamos Sativa 1998/2002".
Delicorganic, 7 January 2017, in Greek, replying to a member who described holding local seed from Mylopotamos: "Δεν έτυχε να καπνίσω ποτέ κρητική κοκκινόφουντα" (I have never happened to smoke Cretan red-bud).

Phylos, who submitted Kalamata Red

THC

RSC (Cretan, as recorded on RSC-GRC-RET-0119900001): 10 to 13 per cent.
Phylos and The Landrace Team (Cretan): "moderate levels of THC 14-18%". The Landrace Team's Crete smoke report: "15-18% THC range".
Delicorganic, 8 July 2020 (all nine collections): "THC doesn't exceed 13-15%". Delicorganic, 4 April 2022 (Kalamata Red, Cretan, Arcadian): "Thc from 8 -12,6%".

Genetic novelty

Phylos genotype reports (both varieties): "a Genetic Novelty score of uncommon".
The Landrace Team (both varieties): "A very rare genotype with no relatives."

Inbred line generation, as told by one grower

Which company holds the lines

The Landrace Team: "Sourcing: Delicorganic" on its Kalamata Red and Crete pages; "our member, bio-grower/breeder named Delicorganic"; "our oldest member".
Delicorganic, 30 December 2025: "they surely don't have kalamata red, trust only RSC for Greek landraces."
The Landrace Team's own "Arcadia" page carries no sourcing line and does not name Delicorganic.

The holder's relationship with RSC, as told by third parties

A member, ICMag, 4 November 2023: "Delicorganic recommended highly RSC".
gedLang, Overgrow, 28 December 2024: "actually have an agreement with him that gives him a percentage of the sales from those lines, according to the RSC owner".

Lines attributed to the holder by others

thandee, ICMag, 1 January 2024, advising a buyer: "Hurry up and buy the other varieties that still existed Cretan, Arcadian, moliotiko,Athina (Serres region)...". The same member on 4 January 2024 names "Cretan, Kalamata red,Arcadian,Moliotiko,Athina" as strains to search for.
taracula, ICMag, 4 January 2024: "RSC -> Kalamata red, Cretan, Arcadian is Delicorganics work, moliotiko and Athina as far as I know aren't his."
Delicorganic, 2016 and 2020: Athina came from a family in Serres by way of another grower and is sold by Tropical Seeds; 2022: Moliotiko is RSC's release.

Accessions

Three DEL- accessions are live, built from RSC's listings: DEL-GRC-RET-0119900001 (Cretan, early 1990s), DEL-GRC-MES-0120040001 (Kalamata Red, 2004) and DEL-GRC-ARC-0120050001 (Arcadian, 2005). Delicorganic's list of 8 July 2020 names collections that do not map one-to-one onto them:

Kalamata Red: three seed stocks, 1999, 2001 and 2005. None is dated 2004.
Cretan: two seed stocks, 1998 and 2002. Neither is in the early 1990s.
Arcadian: "Arcadian hashplants/Tripoli", with no year. RSC's sourcing line gives Mantineia, 2005.
Six further collections with no year: Pyrgos, Syros, Ikaria (two seed stocks), "Olympos mountain", Pertouli (Trikala) and Melivoia (Larissa).

Not in the article

Growers' reports on phenotypes, aroma and effects, including flowering and height figures from individual grow-outs.
Hearsay about other sellers, including an Overgrow claim that another company "ripped off" Delicorganic.
Other companies' lines named after Kalamata with no credit to Delicorganic (Hippie Cannabis Genetics' "Greek Kalamata Red") and The Landrace Team's hybrids built on Kalamata Red. They belong on accession pages if anywhere.
Delicorganic's 2020 and 2026 accounts of Greek hashish history (Egyptian growers in the Peloponnese around 1870 to 1880, the Kannavi strain, the 1936 prohibition). They are the holder's historical claims and belong, attributed and checked against primary sources, in a history article.
