Evidentiary scope
The label records a town, a date and a determination. It records no habitat, cultivation, local name or use. It is a single gathering. It shows neither a continuing population nor a living germplasm holding, so it supports neither a landrace nor a feral classification. The accession is classified Other. No conservation priority is assigned.
The sheet carries the label of the Central National Herbarium in Howrah and is held in Bangkok. The Forest Herbarium's stamp dates its accession there to 24 February 1983. How it reached Bangkok is not recorded on the sheet.
Georeferencing
The label names Motihari, a town, without an altitude. OpenStreetMap maps Motihari as a city (way/22826540) in East Champaran district, Bihar. The infobox georeferences it at 26.65, 84.91, which stands at 74 m on SRTM. It is a locality point for the town the label names, not a collection point. It places the gathering to within about 5 km. The district field follows the reverse geocode of the point.

The collector field uses the catalogue's name, Banerjee, S.P., in the house order S. P. Banerjee. The label's collector line has partly faded; its initials S. P. are legible.
