S.P. 15 is a herbarium accession of Cannabis sativa collected in Thailand on 2 October 1968 by collectors recorded only by their initials. The Forest Herbarium (BKF) in Bangkok holds the sheet as accession BKF 51913, barcode SN 009256.[1]
Collection and locality
The sheet carries the Forest Herbarium's printed form, filled in by hand in an ink that has since run. It gives the date as Oct. 2, 1968. and the number as 15. It names the collectors as S.P., N.S. and a third name that is not legible.[2] The locality line holds two words that are not legible. A packet on the sheet is marked S.P, N.S. no 15.[2] The catalogue records no locality.[1]
Field observations
The label describes the plant as a Herb, common in group in open space with white flowers.[2] The catalogue gives the habitat as Common in group, in open spaces.[1]
Specimen and identification
The label has no line for the plant's name. The catalogue records it as Cannabis sativa L.[1]
