Six cannabis plants seized from swamp plot at Kutarayat, Karo

Polres Karo's narcotics unit arrested a 46-year-old farmer, identified as HS, at Desa Kutarayat in Naman Teran district on 28 April 2026. Officers seized six cannabis plants between 35 cm and 160 cm tall with a combined wet weight of about 500 g. InfoSumut24 reported that the plants grew in a swamp close to housing.
