Cultivation

The accession is a landrace general population from the 2023 harvest, named for Nong Khiaw. It comes from a field still in use, in a region where others also grow the crop. It is sown directly from seed kept on the farm, grown for recreation, medicine and food, and made into ganja. The local name is ກັນຊາ, and enforcement is sporadic. Éloïse collected it on 21 November 2023, on the LAOS01 expedition.
