Border
- A district, not the whole valley. The border drawn on the map is Ngoy District as OpenStreetMap maps it, about 1,960 km². The only evidence for the area is one accession at Nong Khiaw, and the Nam Ou basin runs far beyond Ngoy District into Phongsaly Province, so the district is the unit the page names and the smallest the source supports. The border does not mark where the Nam Ou's cannabis is grown.
