Kae lom kae sen (ยาแก้ลมแก้เส้น) is a powdered medicine of Thai traditional medicine of seven drugs, mostly pepper and cannabis leaf. It is given for wind in the body's channels, muscle pain and numb hands and feet.[1]: 84 Vichai Chokevivat traces it to the Vejjasartwanna, an old medical textbook printed in 1917, which gives it against wind, the channels, aches, pins and needles and dead hands and feet.[2]: 334, 340 It was one of the 16 cannabis formulas that the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine named in January 2019 for use once the narcotics law allowed it.[3]

The national list of essential herbal medicines of 2023 gives it by weight. In 150 grams there are 80 of pepper seed, 40 of cannabis leaf, 10 of the root of chettamun phloeng, 8 of ginger and 6, 4 and 2 of three kinds of thian seed. It is taken at 1 to 4 grams twice a day before meals, with honey or lime juice, as a powder or in capsules.[1]: 84

In December 2019 leaf from the Kasetsart University campus in Sakon Nakhon went into 5,000 sachets of the formula.[4] At the Thai-medicine cannabis clinic of the Rajamangala University of Technology Isan in Sakon Nakhon it was the third most prescribed cannabis formula between February 2020 and January 2022.[5]
