This is the card variant of Template:SmokeReport, used by #ask queries that list smoke reports (e.g. on Community/Smoke Reports and on accession pages).

Receives named arguments from #ask with format=template and named args=yes:

• Date — from Has report date
• Reporter — from Has reporter
• Accession — from Has accession
• Sample — from Has sample provenance
• Method — from Has consumption method
• Rating — from Has overall rating
• Summary — from Has report summary

The page parameter (page name of the report) is passed automatically by #ask format=template.
