Renders the homepage Featured Article panel. Article picked at random once per day from the eight non-Geography portals (Botany, Genetics, Chemistry, Climate, History, Culture, Cultivation), the fourteen Conservation topic subcategories *excluding* Eradication Tracking and Analysis, the eight Geography topic subcategories, and the Historical sources tree.
Eradication Tracking and Analysis is omitted by name rather than by negation because eradication event pages cross-list there for portal navigation but functionally belong to the News slot, and SMW negation cascade made !Eradication campaigns unreliable for this purpose. By naming sibling topics explicitly we get precise control.
When new topic categories are added under existing portals, no change here required (subcategory recursion catches them). When a new portal is added, or new Conservation/Geography topic subcategories, append them to the disjunction.
2026-06-27 forces parser cache to expire at midnight, so SMW re-runs the random sort once a day.
