Evidentiary scope
The label places a cannabis plant on the bank of the Tuul near Songino in August 1974. It gives no use and no note on cultivation. The determination as Cannabis ruderalis is the botanist's judgement from the specimen and is reported as such. A single gathering does not establish a landrace or a continuing population. The accession is classified Other and no conservation priority is assigned.

Read twice, independently, from the holder's image (3737 × 4878 pixels). The page states only what the readings agree.

Georeferencing
The point 47.85, 106.67 is the Songino resort (Сонгины амралт), OpenStreetMap way 386767958, on the left bank of the Tuul about half a kilometre from the river (way 22731266) and 4.6 km east of the peak of Songino Khairkhan (node 12866096244), the mountain after which the area is named. The label's в районе Сонгино means the Songino area, not a spot within it, and a reach of the Tuul bank either side of the resort fits it. The point lies within the city of Ulaanbaatar. The label gives no altitude; SRTM gives 1,237 m. Basis: settlement point. Uncertainty: about 5 km.
Editorial treatment
Province. The form's printed Центральный аймак (Central aimag, today's Töv) is followed by город Улан-Батор; the Songino area lies within the capital's boundary, and the province field takes Ulaanbaatar.
Date. August 1974, the month and year both readings agree; the catalogue's 25 August is set out below.
Collector. The collector field takes O. V. Zhurba, the catalogue's form of the label's О. В. Журба. No source read gives the collector's full name, which is not linked.

- The database files the sheet as Cannabis sativa L.; the label's determination is Cannabis ruderalis Janisch.
- The database gives no collector number or locality; the label gives № 1855 and the Tuul bank near Songino.
- The herbarium's database publishes the point 48.371075, 106.03523 for this sheet. It lies in Bornuur sum of Töv Province, about 75 km north-west of the Songino resort and away from the Tuul, so it does not fit the label and is not used.
