Evidentiary scope
This is the thinnest of the Watt sheets. It fixes a cannabis plant in Sikkim in a named year and nothing further: no month, no locality within the state, no elevation, no habitat and no remark. It is retained because the collector and the number are unambiguous and because Watt's Sikkim work is otherwise sparsely represented, not because it supports a claim about where or how cannabis grew there. It records no local variety name, no preparation and no use, and it establishes neither a continuing population nor a living germplasm holding, so it supports neither a landrace nor a feral classification. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
Sikkim is a state of about 7,000 square kilometres spanning ground from roughly 300 m to over 8,000 m, so the record places the gathering only at state level. No coordinate is asserted.
