Evidentiary scope
The record fixes a cannabis plant on a named road on a known day, and its remark places it on the roadside rather than in a field or a garden. That is a direct statement of an occurrence outside cultivation, and it is unusual in this corpus for saying so plainly. It does not establish whether the roadside plants descended from cultivated stock nearby, and it gives no elevation and no local name. It records no local variety name, no preparation and no use, and it establishes neither a continuing population nor a living germplasm holding, so it supports neither a landrace nor a feral classification. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
The locality is a route rather than a place. Pathankot is the named destination, not the place of collection, so no coordinate is asserted here and the infobox coordinate field is left empty.
