Evidentiary scope
The label carries the number 426, the word chanvre (hemp) and the collector's stamp, with the locality written as Banane and the date Avril 1913. The sheet is marked as a female plant. The label records no habitat, elevation, local name or use, and it does not say whether the plant was cultivated, grew wild or had escaped, so the accession is classified Unknown. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
The catalogue gives Banane and the point −6.0, 12.4, in whole arc-minutes and with no stated accuracy. The point −6.01, 12.40 is the town of Banana, OpenStreetMap node 6315887155; the catalogue's point lies 0.7 km from it. The housing mapped around the node reaches 1.9 km from it, with isolated houses farther out, and 1 km is added for the rounding of the point. It places the gathering at Banana, not at a spot within it. An earlier version of this note carried the node's own figures, −6.00627, 12.40028, for the town. Basis: settlement point. Uncertainty: about 3 km.

Sequence data
The infobox lists BioSample SAMEA112694961 as the same lot as this accession because the tissue was taken from this sheet:
- its specimen_voucher attribute is BR<BEL>:14662645, the catalogue number of this sheet at the Meise Botanic Garden;
- its ref_biomaterial link is the holder's own page for the sheet (http://www.botanicalcollections.be/specimen/BR0000014662645);
- its collector and date (R Verschneren, collector_number 426, 1913-04) are the sheet's;
- its source_material_description reads Leaflets removed from original specimen voucher.
The run ERR10949912 listed with it is that sample's sequencing reads (SRA runinfo: BioSample SAMEA112694961).
The article reports what the archive's entries say about the sampling and the sequencing, and no analysis of the data. Éloise 04:30, 5 October 2026 (+07)
