That is about 52 km northwest of Ketama (OpenStreetMap relation 2516838) and in another province. It fails the check, so it is recorded here, attributed to the strainguide, and not entered. The point 34.88, -4.68 is the middle of the commune of Ketama in OpenStreetMap (relation 2516838, about 114 km², the middle falling inside it).
