Evidentiary scope
The record fixes a cannabis plant at a named settlement, date and elevation. It describes that plant in flower in a field. The note does not say whether that field was a cannabis crop or whether the plant stood in it as a volunteer, so the sheet does not establish cultivation. It records no local variety name, no preparation and no use, and it shows neither a continuing population nor a living germplasm holding, so it supports neither a landrace nor a feral classification. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
The label gives no coordinates, and three Nepalese places are mapped as Ranipauwa. One stands in Raghuganga, Myagdi District, about 4 km north of Beni. The second lies at Muktinath in Mustang District, some 50 km further north and far above the label's elevation. The third lies at Kakani in Nuwakot District, Bagmati Province, in a different river system altogether. Only the Raghuganga settlement answers to the label's N. of Beni, and the infobox georeferences it at 28.38191, 83.57175 as a locality approximation rather than as a reconstructed collection point.
