Evidentiary scope
The catalogue entry places the plant in the grounds of Bogotá's botanical garden and says it was cultivated. The same garden grew the plant of Plowman 3767 (1974) eight months later. A plant raised in a pot, planter or glasshouse at a university is not a crop of the place, so the accession is classified Other, by inference from the catalogue. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
The point 4.67, −74.10 is the Jardín Botánico José Celestino Mutis, as on Plowman 3767 (1974) (Wikidata Q979670, point 4.668211, −74.100198; about 19.5 hectares). Any spot in the garden lies within about 250 m of the point; with the two-decimal form the uncertainty is about 1 km. The point is the garden's present grounds. Basis: settlement point. Uncertainty: about 1 km.
Editorial treatment
