Discussion

Dating

Defimedia's report says the seizure was made "ce mardi", and 3 November 2026 was a Tuesday.

Attribution

The report says the three travellers arrived "à bord du vol EK 709 en provenance de Dubaï". That is the last leg of their journey. The report gives no origin for the cannabis, and the travellers' nationality is not a route.

Quantities

The report gives "70 paquets de cannabis, d'un poids total de 76 kilos" and does not say whether the weight is gross or net.

Place

The report places the seizure at Plaisance airport, in the Grand Port district, which the item names. Wikidata lists the airport (Q36460) under Port Louis, which does not match its location.
