Discussion

Dating

Ratopati's article is dated 29 October 2026 and says the two men "were arrested around 11 PM on Wednesday night", which was 28 October.

Quantities

The article gives the weight as "84 kg 590 grams", which is 84.59 kilograms. Its title says "Over 84kg".

Category

The two men were carrying the sacks on foot when the patrol stopped them, so the item is recorded as Trafficking rather than Enforcement.

Map pin

Wikidata has no entry for Aurahi Rural Municipality or Deuripatti School. The pin is Wikidata's point for Siraha (Q1930452), the seat of Siraha District (Q28088), as an administrative seat. It does not mark the school.

Another seizure in Siraha, on the same night, is recorded as a separate news item. It was made by a different agency in a different municipality, gives a different weight and reports no arrests.

These notes were recorded when the news item was prepared. Éloise 04:25, 6 November 2026 (+07)
