Discussion
Dating
The statement, issued on Sunday 25 October 2026, says the farms were destroyed "on Sunday, October 18". The stored date is 18 October 2026.
Quantities
The 450 kg burnt and the 97 kg taken as exhibits are separate figures, both of "processed cannabis" as the article words it, and neither is stored as a plant or hectare count. The article also says the agency "estimated the potential yield of the farms at 2,023.14kg". That is a projection and is not stored as a quantity.
Map pin
Ugbada Forest has no entry of its own, so the pin is Wikidata's point for Uzebba (Q7904759, in Edo State), rounded to two decimals. It marks the town the forest is reported at, not the farms.
Related news items
The same article reports, without a date, the arrest of a 42-year-old woman with 35 kg of cannabis at Ewe community in Owan West. That arrest is not covered by this news item.
