Quantities

The article gives four counts, "about 15,000", "about 4,000", "about 10,000" and "about 8,000" suspected cannabis plants, and no total. The 37,000 in the headline and the plants field is their sum; the article's own headline also reads "37,000". The article says the four cultivations measured "approximately seven acres in total", about two, one, two and two acres each, and the area stored is 2.83 hectares, converted from acres. The roughly 40 pounds of dried cannabis is not part of the plant count. The combined estimated value of GY$26,832,112 for the plants, the dried cannabis and the camp is a police estimate and is not stored.

Place

The article does not name a region. The region stored is Upper Demerara-Berbice, where OpenStreetMap places the village of Wiruni and Wikidata places the Wiruni River. The pin is OpenStreetMap's point for the village, rounded to two decimals. The article does not say where along the river the four cultivations lay.
