Sources not used
Khmer Times reported the same speech under the headline "PM says no to cannabis cultivation in Cambodia" (article of 7 October 2026). That report could not be opened and was not read. This news item follows AKP's account only, and AKP paraphrases the Prime Minister's remarks on cannabis without quoting them.

On 14 October 2026 the summary of this news item was extended with the account of a second outlet, Cambodianess ("E-Cigarette, Cannabis Investment Ban Draws Economic Concern", 14 October 2026). The earlier text is unchanged. The two outlets differ on the scope of the instruction.
