Telangana Today is stamped "Published Date - 10 August 2026, 04:00 PM". It says the delivery was attempted "in the early hours of Monday" and that the pair "reached LB Nagar around 4 am on Monday". The item uses Monday 10 August.
Attribution
The article uses "allegedly" throughout. The supply route from a relative in Malkangiri, the buying and selling prices and the number of consumers rest on the police and the EAGLE Force director. The third person arrested is described as someone who "had allegedly arrived to receive the consignment" and is a different case from the supplier. The article names the people arrested and those absconding; this news item names none of them.
Category
The consignment was intercepted as it was handed over after travel from another state, which the item records as trafficking. The agencies' account also describes a supply network, which could place it as an enforcement item.
Related news items
A report dated 7 August of 18.5 kg of cannabis on the Konark Express at Hyderabad and a report dated 13 August from Malkangiri in Odisha are recorded as their own news items. This article connects neither to the LB Nagar arrests.
