Evidentiary scope
The record fixes a flowering male cannabis plant on a known day, but its locality cannot presently be placed on a map, which limits it to country level. It gives no elevation, no habitat, no local name and no statement of use, and it does not establish whether the plant was cultivated or spontaneous. It records no continuing population and no living germplasm holding, so it supports neither a landrace nor a feral classification. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
No coordinates are recorded. The place name, transcribed by the catalogue as Manglié, could not be matched to any mapped settlement, and the hand admits more than one reading, so no georeference is asserted and no province is assigned. The name is retained exactly as the catalogue transcribes it, so that a later reader can match it against a Belgian Congo gazetteer or the Laurent itineraries.
