Evidentiary scope
This is an object rather than a field gathering: Kew's catalogue names a place and a donor number, and no donor, no collector and no date. It documents hemp seed from Yarkand. The catalogue gives no habitat and no note on cultivation, and does not say whether the seed was grown at Yarkand or bought there, so the accession is classified Other; no conservation priority is assigned.
Kew publishes no image of this object, and GBIF carries none.
Georeferencing
The point 38.42, 77.24 is the city of Yarkand (Shache), OpenStreetMap node 272573610 (place=city), in Yarkant County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang; reverse geocoding the point returns Yarkand. The name is used for the city and also for the oasis around it; the city is taken. OpenStreetMap's addressing gives the city's name to places up to about 5 km from the node. The point places the seed at the city, not at a spot within it or at the field where it grew. Basis: settlement point. Uncertainty: about 6 km.
