Evidentiary scope
The two labels give a house name, an altitude, a town, months and a collector. Neither says whether the plants were sown, tended or volunteer. Neither records a use or a local name, so the accession is classified Other and carries no conservation priority. What the sheets establish is Cannabis of both sexes at 6,500 feet at Mussoorie through the 1914 season.
Georeferencing
Mussoorie is in Dehradun district, Uttarakhand. Gracemount is the name written on both labels; it is not identified further here. Nothing found fixes it within the town, so the coordinate is Mussoorie's own point in OpenStreetMap (node 245770206), 30.46, 78.08, used as a locality georeference rather than as a reconstructed collection point. Mussoorie stands at about 2,015 m against the labels' 6,500 feet, which is 1,981 m. The elevation comes from the labels' 6500' , which is 1,981 m.

Editorial treatment
The two sheets are treated as one accession. They carry the same collector, the same house, the same altitude and the same year, in one hand. Neither carries a number. Their months differ: E00248597 reads July with & Sept. inserted above a caret; E00248598 reads August. The alternative is two accessions, which would take the same title and force one of them into another form, as the two Jameson sheets would have.
Because the material spans at least July to September, the collection date is stored at year precision. The catalogue dates E00248597 to 1914 and E00248598 to August 1914.
The stamp HERBARIUM of Capt. A. Anderson Presented 1925 is a custody date. It records when the herbarium reached Edinburgh and is not used for the gathering.
The collector is not identified beyond the label and the stamp. Neither the Harvard index of botanists nor IPNI carries an entry that matches a Captain A. Anderson collecting at Mussoorie, so the collector field keeps the label's initial form.
