Property:Has child subdivisions note

This property records a free-text qualifier shown in parentheses after the auto-counted child subdivisions row of an admin subdivision infobox. For example, West Bengal records "5 divisions", to note the intermediate-level grouping of its 23 districts which has no separate SMW level in the wiki schema.
