APF arrests an Indian national with about 9.5 kg of hashish in a motorcycle fuel tank at Birgunj

OnlineKhabar reported on 16 September 2026 that the Armed Police Force had arrested a 20-year-old Indian national with approximately 9.5 kg of hashish at Alau in Birgunj Metropolitan City-17, Parsa. According to the APF, a team from its border security post at Alau found the hashish in 21 packets hidden in a false compartment inside his motorcycle's fuel tank. The man, the hashish and the motorcycle were handed to the relevant authorities. The report does not give the date of the arrest.
