Fuzhou Customs reports Fujian's first indoor cannabis cultivation case after intercepting concentrate sent by international mail

The Fuzhou Customs Anti-Smuggling Bureau reported intercepting 4.5128 kg of cannabis concentrate containing THC, CBD and CBN across five international mail packages, and said the follow-up investigation led to three rented houses where 332 cannabis plants were eradicated. Customs officers described the material as a high-THC variety and said the case was the first indoor cannabis cultivation case recorded in Fujian. The interception occurred in November 2014 and the case was reported in April 2015.
