It is used here at reduced resolution, on the accession page Jacottet 331, because the label is the evidence on which the accession's country is decided: the catalogue codes the sheet to Switzerland and its coordinate falls in Lesotho, and only the label says Cape Colony. No free equivalent exists. The use is informational.
