Community/Grow Reports

From Landrace.Wiki - The Landrace Cannabis Wiki

Grow reports from the community on how an accession actually grows out: environment, timeline, observed phenotypes and outcomes. Reports are written in the grower's own words and are not controlled trials. Each one links to the accession it documents and rolls up to that accession's page.

Grow reports are accounts of how an accession actually grows out: vigour, structure, flowering, expression, what worked and what didn't. The first reports anchor the system; later ones add corroboration, contradiction and breadth. If you have grown out an accession from this wiki, your report belongs here.
1Pick the accession you grew out
2Record environment, timeline, what you saw
3Submit. The report rolls up to the accession's page
Add a grow report

The cleanest way to file is from the accession's own page. Every accession has an Add a grow report button at the bottom that pre-fills the link.

You can also file from here.

Anatomy of a useful report
  1. Sample provenance first. Where the seeds came from and how confidently you can vouch for them.
  2. Environment, climate, medium. Indoor or outdoor, latitude, soil or hydro, light schedule.
  3. The timeline. Germination, veg, flowering, harvest. Dates beat vague 'weeks'.
  4. Phenotype variation. Pure landraces throw expressions. Document the spread, not just the standout.
  5. What failed. Pests, weather, mistakes. Failures teach more than successes.

To find reports for a specific accession, open that accession's page. Reports roll up there automatically.

Grow reports are subjective community contributions. They are not controlled trials, are not peer reviewed and should not be cited as primary evidence about an accession's performance or genetics. They sit alongside the accession record as community testimony.
