Evidentiary scope

The record fixes a female cannabis plant at a named port and month. The label calls it hemp but records no habitat, elevation, local name or use, and it does not establish whether the plant was cultivated, spontaneous or an escape. Banana was a long-established shipping point, so the presence of cannabis there carries no implication about where the plant was grown. It records no continuing population and no living germplasm holding, so it supports neither a landrace nor a feral classification. No conservation priority is assigned.

Georeferencing

The infobox georeferences the settlement at -6.00627, 12.40028 as a locality approximation rather than as a reconstructed collection point.
