Evidentiary scope
The labels place cannabis in the Ketmen range, where a river comes out onto the plain, in August 1931. They give no use and no note on cultivation. A single gathering does not establish a landrace or a continuing population. The accession is classified Other and no conservation priority is assigned.
Label reading
Read twice, independently, from the holder's image (3615 × 5118 pixels). The second sheet is MW0818712 (3471 × 5156 pixels). The page states only what the readings agree.

- MW0818712. Cannabis sativa L. / Кетменский хребет. Выход на равнину / р. Берлик-Су[м/л]бе / 23.VIII 1931 г. № 1299. No slip of Small's was seen.
- Readings that differ. The river was read Берлик-Сумбе and Берлик-Сулбе; a third look could not tell м from л. The page does not name the river. The first word of MW0818714's place, Сай, was read once as Сат with Сай allowed.
- A pencilled 1973 on MW0818714's label is not used.
Georeferencing
No point is given. The labels name the Ketmen range and a river, Берлик-Сумбе or Берлик-Сулбе, whose name the readings do not agree on. No waterway named Сумбе or Берлик is in OpenStreetMap. If the name ends in Сумбе, two villages of that name lie under the range: one at its northern foot, in Uygur District (node 3395614070, 1,283 m), where a river would come out onto the plain; the other in the Tekes valley on its southern side, in Raiymbek District (node 243748132, 1,826 m). Neither can be chosen on the labels' evidence, so the river is unresolved; the range itself is larger than a district and spans two (Uygur and Raiymbek). Both villages, and the Kazakh side of the range, lie in Almaty Region, which the province field takes.
Editorial treatment
Two sheets, one accession. The sheets share the collector, the number, the day and the river, and differ only in how the place is worded. MW0818714, which carries the determination slips, is the infobox image and the first catalogue entry; both are shown under Sheets.
Taxon. The infobox takes the labels' own Cannabis sativa L.; Pavlov's and Small's later determinations are reported in the article.
Collector. The collector field takes the catalogue's L. Rodin, the label's Л. Е. Родин. No source read for this page gives his full name, which is not linked; nor is F. P. Mazanko's.
Source discrepancies
- The catalogue gives no number or locality for either sheet; the labels give № 1299 and the Ketmen range.
- The catalogue files both sheets as Cannabis sativa L. and does not carry the determinations on MW0818714's slips.
