Evidentiary scope

The page rests on the RSC listing for Beldia, its archived versions of 4 August 2020, 14 July 2024 and 12 June 2025, and the Kwik Seeds listing of the same line. They establish that RSC created the line from seed collected in Ketama in the early 1990s and bred it for several generations without outcrossing, and they describe the plants it produces. The descriptive name now leads with the year and the holder's acronym: 1990 RSC Ketama 'Beldia' IBL, where it read Ketama 'Beldia' 1990 IBL. Éloïse ruled on 17 September 2026 that a reproduction's descriptive name should carry the year first and name the reproducer, and it is applied to every reproduction in this corpus.

The acronym is the holder's, the same code the accession ID carries. It does not assert who conducted the grow-out: these listings name nobody, and the rule was given for a line whose reproducer the listing does not state either.
