Border
The border is the rural commune of Ketama (OpenStreetMap relation 2516838), cut to the border of the Ketama growing area. It covers about 115 km². The point in the infobox is a point inside the border, not a field. The title spells the name with Beni, as the sources do for the tribes; the administration writes Bni.
Sources
- The sources that name the place: Joseph (1975, p. 186), on the Ketama tribe.
- 12 genebank lots of INRA Maroc fall inside the border. The status is Active, from the lots.
- Which Ketama. In the sources Ketama may mean the tribe, the wider growing country round it, or the town of Issaguen, which Finances News Hebdo (2015) calls the new name of Ketama. This page is the rural commune of Ketama only. Issaguen is its own appellation, and the wider country is the Ketama growing area. Joseph (1975) writes of the Ketama tribe, not of the commune.
- Tamsoute 1 and Tamsoute 2 (Atoute) carry the name of the commune of Tamsaout, but their published points lie in Ketama, and they are placed here by the point.
