Evidentiary scope

All three catalogue entries place the plant in a pot at the university's Institute of Sciences. A plant raised in a pot, planter or glasshouse at a university is not a crop of the place, so the accession is classified Other, by inference from the catalogue. No conservation priority is assigned.

Georeferencing

The point 4.642031, −74.081856 is COL's own georeference, published with an uncertainty of 62 m. It lies on the Bogotá campus of the university (OpenStreetMap relation 10307846, point 4.6387, −74.0852), about 0.5 km from the campus point, which agrees with the label. Basis: holder's georeference. Uncertainty: about 62 m.

Editorial treatment

Holder. The infobox gives the COL sheet, the university's own; the New York and Smithsonian sheets are duplicates of the same number and date.

Collector. The New York and Smithsonian catalogue entries give J. M. Idrobo; COL gives the full name, which the collector field takes.
