Evidentiary scope
The handwritten label reads Territ. de Beni with Cueilli en 37 (collected in 1937). It names the plant chanvre (hemp) and records the vernacular name Mbangi in Swahili and a similar form in Kinande. The date is a year only and the locality is an administrative division rather than a point. No habitat, elevation or use is recorded, so nothing shows whether the plant was cultivated, grew wild or had escaped. The accession is classified Unknown. It shows no continuing population and no living germplasm holding, and no conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
No point is given. The label reads Territ. de Beni and names no place within the territory. Today's Beni Territory, OpenStreetMap relation 5327776 (Wikidata Q2895850), covers about 7,214 km², a circle about 48 km in radius. The territory of 1937 is a historical unit of the Belgian Congo whose bounds no source read gives, and today's territory may not be the same area, so it is not used for an area point.
