Why Dan Chang is a growing area
- One accession, ZOM-THA-001-0020210005 (Dvaravati General Population 2021), a landrace seed lot from the 2021 harvest whose stored point of origin lies in Dan Chang District. No published source on cannabis growing in the district was found.
- The status is Active: the lot was harvested in 2021.
Extent and border
- The map border is the whole of Dan Chang District (OpenStreetMap), about 1,230 km². The accession stores a point but no village, so the district is the unit drawn.
Not used
- Reports of illegal growing found in Suphan Buri Province in 2019 name the province only; the one specific case found, at a foundation in Sa Kaeo subdistrict, is in Mueang Suphan Buri District.
- A seed-listing page describing the Dvaravati population as kept by growers in Dan Chang could not be reached and is sales copy in any case.
