Possible duplicate
Malana carries a real risk of conflation on this wiki. Five existing accessions already carry "Malana" as locality: RSC-IND-HIM-0120210001 ("Malana Cream General Population 2021") and four 2022 Zomia Collective selections (ZOM-IND-HIM-1020220023, -024, -026, -027). Talk:Coco Genes (live) explicitly withholds linking Coco Genes' own Malana-attributed material to any of them: "No source read ties Coco Genes to RSC's or Zomia Collective's Malana collections." Nothing read for this page changes that; this accession is not asserted to be the same line as any of the five.
Separately, and internal to this batch: this same worklist row is flagged possible_same_as the bundled listing drafted as COC-IND-HIM-0100000006 ("Malana General Population"), where an Overgrow member (vinu58ster, 30 April 2024) lists "Indian landrace cultivars given to me personally by cocogenes, including: Kerala Selection 2020, Malana Selection 2020, Shillong Selection 2020, Western Karnataka (Kolar) Selection."
