Evidentiary scope
The forms give the date, the habitat 山間 (in the mountains) and the plant's habit, and the box stamps the province. They name no use and no note on cultivation. The accession is classified Other and no conservation priority is assigned.
Label reading
Read twice, independently, from the Chinese Virtual Herbarium's image of each sheet (IBK00130888, 1,080 × 1,440 pixels; IBK00130887, 1,080 × 1,440 pixels).

The readings agree on the labels, the date, the habitat and the habit. Both read the stamped name, very faint, as 陳立卿, every character uncertain; a third look at the image did not read it. One takes the handwritten number on the forms and one tag as 92661, with doubt; the typed labels read 92561. Neither reads the place.
Georeferencing
No point is given. The place on the two forms, eight or nine cursive characters, was read once as 大北, an unread character, 西, an unread character and 云城, and once as 大北伊至嶺云城仮道, every character uncertain in both; no place can be looked up from them. The box stamps give the province, 廣西省 (Kwangsi), and the province field takes Guangxi.
Editorial treatment
Title. The oldest label names Kwangsi University as collector and no person, so the title takes Anon. and the collecting number, with the year of its date.
Collector. The Sun Yat-sen University label and the institute's later label give the collector as Kwangsi Univ. (Kwangsi University), and the collector field, which names people, is left empty. The later forms carry a name stamped in pale ink, which both readings take as 陳立卿, every character uncertain, and which the catalogue gives as 陈立卿. No source on 陈立卿 was found.
Two sheets, one accession. The sheets share the number, the date, the place line and the entries of the same form. The repository and catalogue number are IBK00130888's, the sheet with the Sun Yat-sen University label. The Chinese Virtual Herbarium publishes its images under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, so its sheets are cited here and not shown.
Date. The form is printed for the Guangxi branch of the South China Institute of Botany, the name the Chinese Academy of Sciences gave in 1954 to Guangxi University's institute of economic botany (Chinese Wikipedia), so its entries were copied at least fifteen years after the date they give. Their date, 28年8月13日, gives no era. Read as a year of the Republic, it is 13 August 1939, the catalogue's year, and that date is stored.
Determination. The identified-by field takes the Sun Yat-sen University label's Y. Tsiang. He is taken to be Tsiang Ying (蔣英, 1898–1982; Harvard botanist index, Chinese Wikipedia), whom Chinese Wikipedia records as head of the university's Division of Agricultural and Forest Botany from 1942; the identification rests on the name and the institution. The prose links Tsiang Ying.
Image. The Chinese Virtual Herbarium publishes its images under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, so the page cites each sheet's image and shows none.
Source discrepancies
- The Chinese Virtual Herbarium gives the collector of both sheets as 陈立卿; the oldest label gives Kwangsi Univ., and the name stamped on the later forms was not read with confidence.
