Evidentiary scope
The label gives the number, the place and the month. It names no habitat, use or note on cultivation. The accession is classified Other and no conservation priority is assigned.
Label reading
Read twice, independently, from the Chinese Virtual Herbarium's image of the sheet (CAF00006527, 1,000 × 1,455 pixels).

- Tag tied to the stem with thread (ink): No 29 / P.T.B. / Cannabis sativa L., written along the tag. A stamped number beside it is mostly hidden by the tag.

The readings agree. One marks 戴 uncertain; one reads the tag's letters as P.T.B. or P.I.B.
Georeferencing
The point 39.82, 119.48 is Wikidata's point for Beidaihe (Q814657, which carries the alias Peitaiho), as on Hsia 1923 (1930) and Hopkinson 1626 (1931); OpenStreetMap's place node for Beidaihe District (node 6416740305) lies about 1 km to the east. It stands for the seaside town the label names, not for a collection site in it. Basis: settlement point. Uncertainty: about 5 km.
Editorial treatment
Title. No collector is named, so the title takes Anon. and the collecting number, 29, with the year of its date.
Collector. The label's collector line is blank, and the collector field is left empty. The tag's P.T.B. may abbreviate Peitaiho, the place, or a name; nothing on the sheet settles it.
The label. The label is printed for a research institute of the Ministry of Forestry and written partly in simplified characters (标本), so it was filled in after the gathering, from the tag or another source.
