2021 RSC Humla Jungli Feral Reproduction is seed from an ex situ maintenance grow of Humla Jungli General Population 2021, feral cannabis collected in Humla District, Nepal, in October 2021. It is the seed The Real Seed Company (RSC) sells under the listing Humla Jungli.[1]
Production
RSC states that the seeds it now sells come from a new ex situ maintenance grow.[1] The wording stands in every archived version of the listing, from the earliest of 12 June 2025.[2] The Kwik Seeds listing of the same line, on the shop RSC calls its other site,[3] gives the same account.[4] Neither says where or in which year the grow was made, or how many generations have been grown, so no sourcing type is entered.
RSC advises that storing the seeds in a freezer for several weeks, where legal, can improve germination. It notes that feral cannabis seeds typically germinate slowly and unevenly over several weeks, and that some may remain dormant for more than a year.[1]
Source accession
The collection was made in October 2021 from an ethnically Tibetan householder who was hand-rubbing wild-growing stands to make charas.[1] The account of the route, the stands and the plants is at Humla Jungli General Population 2021.
