Iranian #3 General Population 2022 is a landrace cannabis accession from Iran, listed as Iranian #3 in the seed catalogue of The Real Seed Company (RSC).[1] RSC describes it as a cannabis landrace collected in Iran from the winter 2022 harvest.[1]
Collection Details
The listing gives the sourcing as Kushman, Iran (2022), and the Kwik Seeds listing of the same line, on the shop RSC calls its other site,[2] gives the same.[1][3] Neither listing names a region, village or farmer. RSC's October 2019 blog post describes Kushman as a collector with many years of experience and connections throughout the region.[4] Both listings report that the seeds were retested in summer 2025 and showed germination close to 100 per cent.[1][3]
Cultivation Details
RSC gives the purposes as dry-sieved charas and bhang, and the harvest as October. It lists outdoor, greenhouse or indoor growing.[1] Versions of the listing from October 2024 to October 2025 gave the harvest as October to early November.[5][6] Kwik Seeds gives the purposes as sieved charas and bhang and files the line under Auto & Semi-Auto, a category for autoflowering and semi-autoflowering strains.[3][7]
Botanical Characteristics
RSC describes good potency, compelling scents and easily detached resin glands that it considers excellent for dry-sieved charas or hashish.[1] Kwik Seeds describes potent, intensely scented plants.[3]
Aroma
RSC gives the aroma as fruit, cheese and rotten mango, and Kwik Seeds describes the same scents.[1][3]
