Hmong D-Type General Population is a seed accession of a cannabis landrace grown by Hmong farmers in Bolikhamsai Province, Laos, held by the U.S. National Plant Germplasm System (NPGS) as G 34108. Angus donated the seed, and the system received it on 3 August 2026.[1] The donor's note says it was collected in Bolikhamsai, the region of the donor's Highland Lao lots, from an ethnic Hmong farmer who grew it for ganja, which the note calls unusual for Hmong growers.[1]

Collection Details

The note sets it apart from two other lots of the donor, "Hmong Hemp" and "Samtai", which were grown for fibre.[1]
