The database gives the place as อ.พนัสนิคม จ.ชลบุรี (Phanat Nikhom, Chonburi), the collector as วิภา วิโรจน์ สมจิตต์ สุดารัตน์ and the date as 10 ตุลาคม 2511.[1] It gives no altitude and no coordinate.[1]
