Summary

Plate I, "Cannabis sativa Linn. ♂", from D. Prain, On the Morphology, Teratology and Diclinism of the Flowers of Cannabis, Scientific Memoirs by Officers of the Medical and Sanitary Departments of the Government of India, new series, no. 12 (Calcutta: Office of the Superintendent of Government Printing, India, 1904). Signed "D. Prain delt" and "K. D. Chandra lith".

Fig. 2, near the foot of the plate, in the explanation of the plates: "Floral branch from near base of stem showing branch upraised (extra-axillary) and the first pairs of paniculate cymes of flowers replaced by solitary female flowers".
